Aurelia Age™ is our proprietary doctor-developed health indicator, comparing your age in years, with your physiological age.
It combines body composition data, functional health metrics, lifestyle factors, selected biomarkers and advanced imaging quantifiers into a simple single measure.

What does my Private Care include?
Services vary by option and may include assessment at your home or office, direct doctor access, scheduled reviews, advanced imaging, repeat testing, secure online portal access, connected home-health tracking that is monitored by your private doctor and coordinated specialist or allied-healthcare support.
Where are appointments, tests and imaging done?
Assessments, body composition, functional fitness, blood and urine testing is conducted at your home or office by your private doctor. Virtual consultations are scheduled when clinically appropriate. Medical imaging with private transportation is coordinated with our radiology partners and completed at an appropriate imaging facility.
Do I need to be unwell to join?
No.
Most members join because they want a clearer understanding of their health, not because they have a specific medical condition.
Our approach is proactive and preventative rather than reactive, tailored to each individual’s circumstances.
Can Aurelia Private Health coordinate my healthcare?
Yes.
We coordinate all required investigations, specialist referrals and other aspects of your healthcare journey to provide a truly seamless experience.

What costs are included?
Your fee covers the services listed in your selected care option.
Third party costs including laboratory testing, imaging, allied-healthcare, specialist consultations and treatment are additional and may be eligible for medical aid reimbursement.
All costs are confirmed upfront before proceeding.
Can I view my reports and results online?
Individuals on our Precision and Signature tiers receive access to the secure member portal.
This portal provides continual access to relevant reports, results and health trends over time.
Is my private doctor available for medical emergencies?
No.
Please take note of response times in your preferred Private Care Tier.
For urgent or emergent medical concerns, please contact the appropriate medical service immediately.
Can I claim from my medical aid?
Aurelia Private Health fees are paid privately.
You may submit eligible invoices (including those from third party costs) to your medical aid, but reimbursement depends on your individual plan and cannot be guaranteed.
