Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Aurelia Private Health website, waitlist, membership application process, complimentary strategy session booking system, or digital services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
About Aurelia Private Health
Aurelia Private Health is a physician-led concierge preventative medicine practice focused on longitudinal health intelligence, executive health assessments, evidence-informed preventative medicine, and the proprietary Aurelia Age™️ Framework.
No Emergency Services
The website and digital services are not intended for emergencies. If you believe you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or attend the nearest emergency department immediately.
No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Accessing the website, downloading resources, joining the waitlist, or booking a complimentary strategy session does not by itself establish a physician-patient relationship. A clinical relationship is established only after Aurelia Private Health accepts an individual as a member and the applicable clinical and contractual documentation has been completed.
Educational Information
Website content is provided for general educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as individualized medical advice, diagnosis or any form of treatment.
Membership
Membership is subject to Aurelia Private Health’s acceptance criteria, capacity, clinical appropriateness, and separate Membership Agreement. Aurelia Private Health may decline or defer applications where appropriate.
Aurelia Age™️ Framework
The Aurelia Age™️ Framework is a physician-led health intelligence methodology designed to assist preventative care. It is not a diagnostic test, guarantee of future health, prediction of lifespan, or substitute for professional clinical judgment.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to provide accurate information, maintain confidentiality of login credentials, comply with applicable laws, and refrain from misuse of the website or digital services.
Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, graphics, reports, text, software, educational content, methodologies, and the Aurelia Age™️ Framework remain the intellectual property of Aurelia Private Health or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Third-Party Providers
Aurelia Private Health may coordinate care with independent laboratories, imaging providers, pharmacies, specialists, technology providers, and payment processors. Those providers remain independently responsible for their own services, privacy practices, and professional obligations.
Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with Aurelia Private Health’s Privacy Policy and applicable South African law, including POPIA.
Website Availability
Aurelia Private Health does not warrant uninterrupted availability of the website and may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, cybersecurity events, or operational requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Aurelia Private Health excludes liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including applicable statutory rights.
Indemnity
Users agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify Aurelia Private Health against losses arising from unlawful use of the website, deliberate misuse, infringement of third-party rights, or provision of materially false information.
Suspension and Termination
Aurelia Private Health may suspend or terminate website access or membership-related digital access where necessary to protect security, comply with legal obligations, prevent misuse, or enforce these Terms, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction permitted by applicable law. Where appropriate, the parties are encouraged to attempt good-faith resolution before formal proceedings.
